Photo clientFilled the linen album with photos from the morning of the wedding through to the speeches and gave it to my mum on her birthday. She opened the cover, saw the little photo tucked into the window, and that was it. The pages feel substantial, the linen is the colour of warm tea, and every print slid in cleanly. Worth every penny.

I wanted something that would survive being passed down. The embossed leather is soft but properly weighty, the spine is reinforced, and three photos to a page works beautifully for a chronological family record. Spent a Sunday loading it with prints from a shoebox of my grandparents' photos and it already looks like it's been on a shelf for thirty years.

Photo clientThree years of travel photos sitting in my phone, and one rainy weekend later they are bound in linen on my coffee table. The 1000-pocket size was the right call — Italy, Japan and a Cornish summer with room to spare. Pockets are snug without being tight, and the cover window is a lovely touch.

The heritage album is genuinely lovely — the embossing catches the light and the paper feels archival. My only wish is for a smaller size option; 600 pockets is a commitment if you're documenting a single year. Still, the build quality is hard to fault and it photographs beautifully on the shelf.

Photo clientBought this for our daughter's first year. The metallic pens write smoothly on the black pages, and the photo corners hold without curling. We've added little notes, ticket stubs from her first train ride, a pressed flower from the garden. It's becoming a proper keepsake rather than just a photo book.

Ordered the sage linen and it is exactly the muted, dusty green I hoped for. The binding lies flat enough to flick through one-handed with a cup of tea, which I appreciate more than I expected. Slip-in mechanism is firm — no photos slipping out when you tilt the book.

The black craft pages of the memory book are exactly the right thickness for layered scrapbooking — paint sticks, glue dries flat, no warping. The metallic pens are gorgeous on black but I'd swap one of the silvers for a second white. Tiny gripe on a genuinely lovely product.
